This is the perfect book to get your prepared for the (morning section of the) FE!
That being said, the actual questions on the FE are MUCH easier than what you find in the book. My advice for using the book--go through the first section of each subject and the accompanying solutions, but only go in depth on subjects that you just need a quick refresher in. I think if you follow the entire study plan you would be spending too much time studying.
Remember you only get two minutes per question on the actual exam and its not worth the pain of trying to learn something for the first time that you've never taken a class in (and the review book isn't detailed enough for that anyway). You're better off dusting off the cobwebs on stuff that you at least used to know.
P.S. Make sure you have a copy of the reference manual that you get for the FE as well and USE IT while you study.
